Quality Guaranteed
We only supply products from tried and tested brands. We know they provide quality products and that’s why we choose to stock them. However, occasionally products get damaged in transit or there could be the odd manufacturing error. If there are any signs of damage when your item arrives or it’s not the item you requested, leave it in its original sealed packaging, and get in touch.
You, as the customer, are responsible for organising the return of the product including any courier/shipping fees. If, upon receipt we confirm the item is damaged or the incorrect item has been supplied, we will arrange a full refund of the shipping fees. The customer must provide a valid tax receipt for the refund to be issued. We will work with the customer to determine the most appropriate remedy for the damaged or incorrect item in line with the consumer guarantees act.
Please note: we are only able to accept returns from our domestic customers. If you are an international customer we will endeavour to work with you to find an acceptable solution. This will require you providing the information we request in a timely manner.

This ensures that when you shop with us we’ll work with you to help you find your perfect cup of tea. If your purchase isn’t to your taste, get in touch so we can work with you to find a blend that works for your palate.
The unused portion of the item purchased is to be returned to the Flowering Herb at the customer’s* expense. Once we receive the unused portion, we’ll then ask you some questions to understand what your palette likes. Based on these responses we will offer some samplers to try at home in your own time (this will only be provided once).
When you advise what your preferred product is, we will replace the original product with the product which most closely resembles the value of the original product. If the product is of a higher value the customer is required to pay the difference prior to us shipping the replacement. If the product is of a lesser value we will issue a credit note to be used in our store at a later point in time.
