Shipping Costs We provide Flat Rate shipping throughout the New Zealand mainland which is detailed throughout our checkout process. (Please note, pricing is subject to change without notice). For orders over a specified amount we provide free shipping. This is specified on our checkout page.
Delivery time framesOnce orders have been processed, please allow a further 3-5 business days for delivery. Please note however, we have no control over the time frame for delivery as these are determined by the couriers. 3-5 business days is what we have found to be the average time to deliver to urban areas. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for rural addresses.
TrackingAll orders are tracked. You will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number once the courier has been booked.
Shipping location Most items ship directly from our Clutha office. Some items may ship directly from the supplier. Pick-ups are not available
Festive season break we work hard throughout the year and close the week prior to Christmas to give our team a well earned rest. Depending on the fall of the calendar, we reopen the Monday of the second or third week in January. Any orders placed during the holiday period will be sent as soon as we re-open for business.

This rate is detailed throughout our checkout process. (Please note, pricing is subject to change without notice). We DO NOT provide free shipping for international orders. Shipping does not include your country's respective taxes, duties or brokerage fees. Shipping costs ONLY cover the cost of the courier. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
