Tea Total's China Lung Ching tea, is one of their most popular Chinese green teas.
The tea is dried by hand in wide pans to a maximum of 80 degrees Celsius. This protects the long leaves against breaking and the result is a very light, soft and sweet-fruity tea with the unique taste of Chinese green tea.
